Master Gardener Plant Sale returns

Mark your calendars – the Taylor County Master Gardener volunteers will hold their annual Plant Sale on Mother’s Day weekend, Saturday, May 8, at Forest Capital Hall.

“If you have been looking for that hard-to-find plant, or a deal like nowhere else in town, you will surely find it here. Master Gardener volunteers prepare, plan and work very hard all year to pull off this successful event. All plants are, pampered, pruned, fertilized, talked to, inspected and, most of all, loved to be perfect for this grand day. Surely a special Mother’s Day gift can be found,” Agriculture & Natural Resources Extension Agent II Lisa Strange said.

COVID restrictions still require mask and social-distancing.
