Call county if tired of swatting mosquitoes

Despite a recent cold snap that saw temperatures drop into the mid-30’s, complaints regarding mosquitoes are on the rise in many areas of Taylor County.

In response, Taylor County Mosquito Control is preparing to begin spraying once temperatures are high enough, enough residential complaint calls are received and the required “mosquito landing counts” are conducted.
