PPD seeks ‘person of interest’ in series of suspicious incidents

The Perry Police Department (PPD) is seeking information regarding a person of interest possibly tied to a series of suspicious incidents here.

Capt. Jamie Cruse reports that the mother of a 13-year-old girl called about a white male (later identified as Tyler Scott Blackford, 20) wearing a white shirt following her daughter through the neighborhood.
