Supervisor of Elections receives donated portable building

Supervisor of Elections Dana Southerland could soon have some additional storage space at her office thanks to a portable building donated by the Taylor County School District.

Southerland approached the Taylor County Commission at its March 1 meeting concerning the new addition, saying she did not expect to need any additional funds from the county to cover the cost of moving the portable building to her office, which is located at 433 N. U.S. 19.
