Flowers appointed to recreation advisory board

The Taylor County Commission appointed a second new member to the Taylor County Recreation Advisory Board, one month after appointing one new member and reappointing another in March.

At its April 5 meeting, the commission voted unanimously to appoint Beth Flowers to fill one of three vacancies.
