Tuesday night’s city council meeting ended abruptly following a tense back-and-forth exchange sparked by City Councilman Ward Ketring questioning City Manager Taylor Brown about his availability and responsiveness.
Near the end of the council’s two-hour meeting, Ketring voiced a series of complaints, beginning with the city council not being notified prior to Brown sending a letter to the county concerning recreation funding and ending with what he called an “information disconnect” between himself and City Hall.
