‘National Take Back Day’ is April 23

In recognition of “National Take Back Day,” the Perry Police Department and the City of Perry Fire Department will serve as a collection sites for unused medications on April 24.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, residents will be able to safely dispose of unused prescription medications rather than flushing them down the drain, which can affect local water quality, or storing them where others can access the drugs.
