Nearly 25% of people in Taylor County have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine so far, falling well below the state (37.5%) and national (39.9%) averages.
According to the latest figures from the Florida Department of Health, 5,043 people in Taylor County have received at least one dose of the vaccine, accounting for 23.4% of the county’s population (based on 2019 Census estimates).
