Shot fired to ward off ‘erratic’ man charged with burglary

A suspect exhibiting erratic behavior led to a swarm of police and deputies descending on the neighborhood located behind Deal’s Oyster House off Highway 98 on Friday afternoon, April 23.

Tyler Colton Brown, 25, was taken into custody after allegedly attempting to break into Deal’s and tampering with vehicles parked at the restaurant.
