During first appearance and arraignment hearings held Thursday in Jacksonville, a federal judge ordered that former state attorney Jeff Siegmeister continue to be held in custody while awaiting trial on multiple felony charges.
Siegmeister, who faces 11 federal counts ranging from bribery to extortion, entered “not guilty” pleas to all charges.
