Bean left legacy of honor, dignity

With a signature style and impeccable reputation on the bench, Judge James Roy “Jim” Bean left an indelible legacy of honor, dignity and respect on those he served with in the Third Judicial Circuit, as well as the many family and friends by his side over the years.

Bean, who served as circuit judge here for more than two decades, died Tuesday, April 27, after a valiant fight against cancer
