Notice Is Hereby Given that Capital Regional Heart Associates LLC, 803 W. Main St, Ste D, Perry, FL 32347, desiring to engage in business under the fictitious name of HCA Florida Capital Cardiology Specialists, with its principal place of business in the State of Florida in the county of Taylor will file an Application for Registration of Fictitious Name with the Florida Department of State.

Notice is hereby given that the Taylor County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Taylor County Administrative Complex, 201 East Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347, to hear an application for a SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT (MUD-BOG) to be held on October 14th – October 17th, 2021 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Iron Horse Mud Ranch site located at 8999 S. US 19, Perry, Florida.
The application is available to the public and may be inspected at the Taylor County Planning Department, located at the Administrative Complex (Old Post Office), 201 E. Green Street, Perry, Florida 32347.
Notice is further given, pursuant to Florida Statutes 286.0105, that any persons deciding to appeal any matter considered at this hearing will need a record of the hearing and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

The Recycling containers that are currently located at the Old Hospital site on Center St., WILL BE MOVED. The new location for these will be on E. Ellis St. across from Connors Signs. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
