TCMS athletes meet Olympic hopeful

While the Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) track and field team did not get the results they wished for at the state championship meet this past Saturday, members got the opportunity to pick up pointers from U.S. Track & Field Olympic men’s javelin event hopeful Capers Williams.

Austin Woodruff received the highest placement on the team by finishing 13th out of 21 competitors in the triple jump event held at the IMG Academy in Bradenton.
