Huddle House, Travel Center damaged by fire

An early-morning fire in an electrical box caused “significant damage” to the local Huddle House and Ware Oil & Supply Company Travel Center on Hwy. 19 in Perry on Tuesday.

According to Ware Oil President Don Everett, Jr. the fire originated in an electrical panel box in the original travel center building around 5 a.m. and resulted in substantial smoke damage.
