Summer Reading Program kicks off on June 29

Planning a vacation? Save the date for Taylor County Public Library’s Summer Reading Program.

The library has announced five special events planned for young readers, beginning in June.

The line-up includes:

• Gentle Carousel Miniature Therapy Horse: Tuesday, June 29, 10:30 a.m., City Park.

• Dodad’s Lab: Tuesday, July 6, 10:30 a.m., library.

• Jiggleman: Tuesday, July 13, 10:30 a.m., library.

• Perry Police Department & Perry Fire Department: Tuesday, July 20, 10:30 a.m., City Park.

• Animal Tails: Tuesday, July 27, 10:30 a.m., library.

All programs are free and everyone is welcome.
