After another mostly dry week, Taylor County’s rivers are back in their banks and returning to normal, but Taylor County Emergency Management officials are using the data they collected during the rain-filled summer to help the National Weather Service (NWS) update its flood warning system.
Taylor County Emergency Management Coordinator Steve Spradley said the county is “still wet, but the rivers are flowing normally.”
