The Taylor County School District is utilizing more than half a million dollars in federal CARES Act funding for technology upgrades for classrooms and security upgrades on buses.
School board members have approved the purchase of new smart boards for all classrooms at the elementary, middle and high schools, as well as Steinhatchee School (total cost: $309,450).
