Bacon St. home belongs to city?

The City of Perry has filed a lawsuit seeking to remove the occupants and take possession of a Bacon Street residence that was apparently constructed on city property many years ago.

According to the city’s suit, the home located at 713 West Bacon Street has previously been the source of numerous calls and complaints relating to drug sales, parties, prostitution and gambling.
