Donna Diane Dixon, 64, of Shady Grove, died Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in Lakeland following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 16, at 3 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home in Perry with Rodney Watts officiating. Interment will follow in Hendry Cemetery in Shady Grove.

Family members will receive friends one hour prior to the service also at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.
