Perry man faces felonies after unsuccessful vehicle thefts

A Perry man is facing three felony charges for the unsuccessful theft of two vehicles, after he was reportedly caught in the act in the area of Ash Street and Calhoun Street on June 14.

Zha’Corbe Reaves, 20, was charged with two counts of unarmed burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle after two vehicle owners observed Reaves getting into the driver’s seat of their vehicles.
