Life sentence upheld

LaWayne Henderson was sentenced to life in prison for a second time on Wednesday, following just 30 minutes of arguments during a re-sentencing hearing before Circuit Judge Greg Parker.

It will now likely be 2046 before Henderson is eligible for parole.
