Chamber golf scramble is set for Aug. 13

The 28th annual Chamber of Commerce Golf Scramble will be held at the Perry Golf & Country Club (PGCC) on Friday, Aug. 13.
All businesses interested in sponsoring a team are urged to sign up by July 23.
The annual Chamber Golf Scramble is an 18-hole event that features four players per team.
Each player will hit one shot, and the team will move forward to the best shot out of the four.
The entry fee will be $400 to sponsor a team, which comes with a hole sponsorship.
Businesses can choose their own players in addition to having their logo/name represented in a highly-visible location.
Businesses can also sponsor a hole, which means their business logo/name will be placed at one of the 18 tee boxes for all the participants of the golf tournament to see, without having to enter a team into the scramble.
Other ways to help make this event a big success is by donating door prizes or chipping in on one of the two meals provided for the golfers.
