Taylor County receives $750,000 for CDBG housing rehabilitation

Taylor County has been awarded a $750,000 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to fund the rehabilitation of low and moderate income homes in the county.

The county applied for the grant last fall, pledging to use $50,000 of its State Housing Initiative (SHIP) funding as the required match.
