Taylor County Transplants

It may seem Taylor County’s population is growing with each passing week, as new people are relocating to Perry and the surrounding areas.

While the latest U.S. Census data is not yet available, a review of driver’s license data shows that an average of nearly 160 people per year have relocated to the “Tree Capital of the South” in the past two years.
