Man arrested after allegedly firing shotgun into the air

A man with 10 previous arrests for disorderly conduct involving alcohol racked up an 11th on Monday after he fired a shotgun into the air at a residence on Turner Road.

Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) Deputy Derrick Parker was dispatched to the area Monday evening in reference to a shooting incident. An eyewitness told him that she heard yelling and a gunshot coming from a nearby residence.
