Let’s build a house!

Taylor County Habitat for Humanity is looking for volunteers to help with construction at its current home building site in Steinhatchee.

“The home is slated to be ‘dried in’ the week of Sept. 6. If anyone would like to help with any volunteer work on this home, please contact our office at (850) 584-3838 or e-mail your name, phone number to tchfh@fairpoint.net and what part of the build you are willing to help with,” Executive Director Karol Barr said.

“We are looking for help with plumbing, electrical, drywalling, painting, trimming, flooring, hanging interior doors and cabinets,” she said.
