City eyes utility rate increase

With just one month remaining before it must adopt a final budget for the upcoming 2021-22 fiscal year, members of the Perry City Council are facing some tough decisions.

The proposed city budget includes a $1.2 million deficit in projected expenditures over anticipated revenues.
