COVID deaths

Although county-level COVID-19 death totals remain unavailable from the Florida Department of Health (DOH), Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH) officials have confirmed seven people have died from the disease at the local hospital since July 1.

That total does not include Taylor County residents who may have died at other hospitals in the region.
