Mullet will fry in Shady Grove Sept. 21

A fish fry will be held at the Shady Grove Community Center Saturday, Sept. 21, beginning at 12 noon. Plates are $7; the meal includes fried mullet, grits, beans, slaw, corn bread and tea or water.

There will be live music, good fellowship and fun.

Funds received will go toward the annual Christmas celebration as well as the Shady Grove Volunteer Fire Department.
