Workers snuff out Super-Pufft fire

The quick reactions of several employees helped extinguish a small fire, limit damages and prevent any injuries after a small fire broke out at Super-Pufft Snacks plant in Perry on Monday.

Supervisors at Super-Pufft Snacks, USA, one of the nation’s largest co-manufacturers of salty snacks, were notified of a small fire in the kitchen area of the plant at approximately 1:10 p.m. on Sept. 13, according to Public Relations Manager Lin Gray.
