One suspect is in custody and a second remains at large in connection with a July 26 armed home invasion that left a 65-year-old Perry man partially paralyzed.
Tony Cornelius Jackson Sr., 53, was taken into custody Wednesday, Sept. 8, after State Attorney John Durrett filed aggravated battery (causing great bodily harm) with the court, and a warrant was issued for his arrest that same day.
