The mouth-watering smell of ribs, chicken, pork and brisket will once again waft through the pines at Forest Capital Park this weekend, as nearly three dozen cook teams gather to participate in the annual “Smokin’ in the Pines” BBQ festival.
The festival, sponsored by Super-Pufft Snacks, USA, will begin on Friday, Sept. 24, at 8 a.m. and conclude Saturday, Sept. 25.
