COVID cases drop 80%

Taylor County’s rate of new COVID-19 cases continues to fall, dropping by nearly half for the second week of a row.
According to the latest weekly report from the Florida Department of Health (DOH), there were 84 new cases of COVID-19 reported between Sept. 10 and Sept. 16 — down from 151 and 305 the previous two weeks respectively.
