Board finalizes 2013-14 budget

The Taylor County Commission finished its second budget hearing Monday evening, finalizing its 2013-14 budget, which totals $41.3 million.

The commission began its second of two hearings on Monday, Sept. 16, but was forced to continue this week due to an advertising error.
