City of Perry taxpayers may see a slight increase in property tax bills, and city utility customers can expect to pay up to $20 more per month this coming year, after the city council adopted a final official millage rate, budget and new utility rates Tuesday night.
No one from the public spoke for or against the increases at either of two final public hearings held Sept. 14 and Sept. 28.
