Glover moves up resignation

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Danny Glover Jr., who announced his resignation last Friday with an effective date of Dec. 1, has now moved that deadline up by two months.

In a letter to Gov. Ron DeSantis dated Tuesday, Sept. 28, Glover said the new effective date for his resignation will be next week, Friday, Oct. 8.
