More than 45 years after a bulldozer accidentally unearthed the remains of a California man near the Dixie-Taylor line, family members and law enforcement officials are still trying to solve the mystery of who killed the 24-year-old during a cross-country marijuana deal.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) continues to pursue leads in the 1974 homicide case of James Norris, whose body was found near the Dixie-Taylor line in 1976.
