Solar farm plans to locate here

Ecoplexus Inc., a global renewable energy company, has announced plans to construct a 74-megawatt solar farm in Taylor County.

According to Community Engagement Manager Mac Flores, who addressed the Taylor County Commission this week, the company has secured long-term leases on a number of parcels totaling more than 500 acres located between Hwy. 27 East and San Pedro Road, just south of Buckeye Nursery Road.
