Apartment project back on?

A proposed high-end apartment complex in the works for nearly five years is once again moving forward, and those behind the project are now reportedly looking to fast track what has been referred to as the largest residential development ever constructed in Taylor County.

According to City Manager Taylor Brown, the prospective developers of an apartment complex planned between Highway 19 and Old Dixie Highway have recently met with city staff and sent building plans to the City of Perry this week.
