Giddens places seventh out of 400 competitors

Taylor County High sophomore Meagan Giddens along with Taylor County Middle School boys and girls competed Saturday at the Alligator Invitational cross country meet in Lake City.

Giddens competed in the girls elite division and finished a solid 7th place out of 400 entries. Her time of 19:36 was just 1 second off of her personal best for a 5k event.
