FHP updates driver in fatal crash

The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) has updated its report on a single-vehicle crash in July that claimed the life of 31-year-old Desmond “Roscoe” Ellis to reflect that he was behind the wheel of the truck when the fatal crash occurred.

The initial press release regarding the July 17 crash indicated Tyler Stokes, 20, was the driver.
