FDLE investigating apparent jail suicide

The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) announced Wednesday that an active investigation is being conducted regarding the apparent suicide of an inmate at the Taylor County Jail.

Per TCSO protocol, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) will be conducting the investigation with support from TCSO investigators, according to TCSO Capt. Gina Deeson.
