Preventing Workplace Violence Summit is planned for Nov. 5

The Foley Community Advisory Council, in collaboration with Perry-Taylor County Chamber of Commerce, will host a Preventing Workplace Violence Summit for the business community Friday, Nov. 5, at noon.

The luncheon will be held at the Perry Women’s Club, located on North Jefferson Street.

“We will have a panel of experts available to discuss workplace violence prevention and what we can do as business leaders to be better prepared,” Foley Cellulose Public Affairs Manager Scott Mixon said.

Lunch, sponsored by Duke Energy, will be provided.
