$4.7 million airport grant would re-align taxiways

Taylor County is seeking $4.7 million in state and federal funds to cover the cost of re-aligning the taxiways at Perry-Foley Airport.

At its Oct. 19 meeting, the commission approved a grant pre-application to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requesting $4,245,450.60 for the project.
