5 deaths added to COVID totals

While Taylor County’s rate of new COVID-19 cases each week continues to plummet, five additional deaths have recently been attributed to the disease locally.

According to the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) latest Community Profile Report published Monday, Nov. 2, the county’s COVID-19 death total is now at 79, after five additional deaths were added since the last report issued seven days ago.
