Bulldogs shut out Jefferson, 2-0

The Taylor County High School (TCHS) varsity Bulldogs’ soccer team won their season-opening match 2-0 over visiting Jefferson County Monday night in Perry, picking up their first win in more than a year and breaking a losing streak dating back to early 2019.

The Bulldogs kicked off a new season under new Head Coach Zack Comstock with a win by earning a shut-out victory over the Jefferson County Tigers in a physical battle.
