David Michael Denson

David Michael Denson, 43, passed away on Nov. 6, 2021, at his home in Perry, surrounded by his family.

David was born Sept. 12, 1978, in Oswego, N.Y., to Vernon Davis Peters and Laura Mae Denson Peters.

He was a longtime welder with the former United Welding and current LCI.

David was an avid Florida Gators football fan, and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.

He was preceded in death by father Vernon Davis Peters.

He is survived by: his wife of 23 years, Angel Denson; his son, Michael Louis Denson; daughter, Harley Mae Denson; his mother, Laura Mae Peters; and his sisters, Rachel Gordon, Stephanie Pickett and Valerie Bishop; as well as a host of nieces and nephews, and many good friends.

A celebration of David’s life will be held at a later date at Lighthouse Revival Center.

All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
