    INVITATION TO BID
    Sale of 2006 Dodge 4WD Truck w/Service Bed. Sealed bids will be received at the Big Bend Water Authority Office, 1313 1st Ave SE (office building) and PO Box 670 (mailing address) Steinhatchee, FL 32359 for the sale. Truck to be sold AS IS, with no warranty, which has a blown diesel motor with xxxx miles.
    All bids shall be received in the office no later than 4:30pm Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Award of the bid will occur at the BBWA Board Meeting on December 16, 2021.
    To obtain a bid form and other pertinent information, or to make arrangements to inspect the truck, contact the BBWA Office during regular business hours (8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday). Bid forms can be emailed or picked up at the BBWA Office at 1313 1st Ave SE, Steinhatchee, FL 32359.
    The successful bidder shall make payment in full and take ownership and possession within five (5) days of the award of the bid.
    All bids must be submitted on a Bid Form provided by Big Bend Water Authority, and must be clearly marked “Bid for purchase of 2006 Dodge 4WD Truck” on the outside of the envelope.
    The Big Bend Water Authority reserve the right to waive any technicalities or informalities and the right to reject any and all bids.

    The administration of the estate of Franklin Terry Rogers, also known as F. Terry Rogers, whose date of death was September 5, 2021, is pending in the Circuit Court, Third Judicial Circuit, in and for Taylor County, Florida, Probate Division, Case No. 2021-CP-554, the physical address of which is Taylor County Courthouse, 108 North Jefferson Street, Perry, Florida 32347. The name and address of the personal representative and the attorney for the personal representative are set forth below.
    All creditors of the decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against the decedent’s estate who are required to be served with a copy of this Notice, must file their claims with this Court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
    All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent’s estate, including unmatured, contingent or liquidated claims, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE. ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702, FLORIDA STATUTES, WILL BE FOREVER BARRED. NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT’S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
