A grand jury handed down a “no true bill” finding last Wednesday, Nov. 10, regarding the drowning death of a two-month-old infant that occurred at a residence on Alice Street in August.
“After having examined all of the known evidence and having taken testimony under oath of the known witnesses, it appears the evidence in said cause does not warrant prosecution,” the grand jury’s order stated.
