8 apply for superintendent

Gov. Ron DeSantis will have a pool of at least eight applicants to choose from when he decides to make an appointment to fill the Taylor County Superintendent of Schools position for the upcoming year.

To date, the list of applicants includes: Dr. Willie Anderson, Alicia Beshears, Paul Dyal, Charles Finley, Keria Gibson, Thomas Gibson II, Kiki Puhl and Michael Thompson.
